Over the past 20 years, Nate has contributed to a diverse range of projects, including multi-family housing, single-family residences, office buildings, municipal, educational, and religious facilities. His notable achievements include winning the Utah Real Estate Challenge in 2012 with a student housing proposal. Currently, Nate is a licensed architect in Arizona and is on the cusp of obtaining his license in California, further expanding his professional credentials and influence in the field.
