Nate Erickson has always been drawn to the world of buildings, with childhood dreams of becoming a builder and showcasing a natural talent for art and design. This passion led him to take drafting courses in high school, solidifying his ambition to pursue architecture as a career.
Nate's professional journey has been deeply rooted in architecture, yet his interests extend to the entire development process, including conception, financing, design, and construction. His hands-on experience in construction during his high school and college years, coupled with a personal preference to work on his own home’s renovations alongside his wife, has deepened his understanding of construction methods.

Background

In 2005, Nate obtained his bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Utah, followed by a Master of Real Estate Development in 2012, driven by his fascination with development. His combined academic background and practical experience allow him to offer a comprehensive perspective on both architectural design and construction to stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of integrating design, construction, and cost considerations for the success of any project.

Over the past 20 years, Nate has contributed to a diverse range of projects, including multi-family housing, single-family residences, office buildings, municipal, educational, and religious facilities. His notable achievements include winning the Utah Real Estate Challenge in 2012 with a student housing proposal. Currently, Nate is a licensed architect in Arizona and is on the cusp of obtaining his license in California, further expanding his professional credentials and influence in the field.
